We have recently delivered a comprehensive technical training program to a large commercial customer. In addition to customized instruction, this program includes extended training manuals, follow-up exercise sets with answer keys, and a custom training database instance loaded with training data.

As we might have mentioned, PenCalc Solutions has always been exclusively focused
on the PeopleSoft Pension Amdinistration product. That focus has enabled us to refine and continuously improve our methodologies.
As with any repeated procedure, we have found many ways to substantially improve the process through the use of systems and software.
We have developed these systematic improvements into a proprietary toolset that facilitates the implementation process.
While the PeopleSoft Pension product is a packaged solution, there can be challenges to setting the product up for your requirements,
testing the functionality, maintaining the product and documenting the implementation. As we have worked through these challenges,
we have developed our methods and processes into tools that accommodate all of these tasks through controlled and efficient systems.
We typically leave these tools with our customers and many of them depend on them for their continued internal
support and maintenance.
